🛅 Travel

 • Arrival / Check-In: July 31, 2026 (For onsite lodging attendees only)
• Retreat Days: August 1-6, 2026- (Registration is August 1st at 10am, Class Starts: 10:30am)
• Travel Home: August 7, 2026

Note: For those attendees NOT staying on property, you will arrive to class for Registration on August 1st at 10am and class starts at 10:30am!

✈️ Nearest Airports

Colorado Springs Airport (COS) is the closest and easiest airport — convenient for getting to Manitou Springs quickly without a long travel day. Has less flight options.

 • Distance: ~16–17 miles
• Drive time: ~20–30 minutes (light traffic)
• Direction: You’ll drive west / northwest from the airport toward the mountains

Denver International Airport (DEN) is farther but has more flight options.

From the airport, Manitou Springs is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours by car. We recommend renting a car for the most ease and flexibility during your stay.

 🚘 Rental Cars or Uber/Lyft

 Uber/Lyft: Very easy and common
Rental Car: Helpful if you want flexibility once you’re there

 🏚 Lodging

Tuition covers the retreat experience only. Lodging, meals, rental car and travel are arranged separately.

Food is not included with your tuition ticket.

Manitou Springs is a charming town with plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and casual spots to grab a meal. Everything is close by, and we’ll build in breaks so you have time to eat, relax, and enjoy the area.

 🔮 What To Bring

We recommend bringing:

 • Comfortable clothing for movement and relaxation
• A journal
• A reusable water bottle (you’ll be working closely with water throughout the experience)
• A swimsuit for the spa immersion
